Shipping Destinations
SECRETSBOX ships to the United States and selected international destinations. Shipping availability, available methods, and applicable charges may vary depending on the destination and product type. Final shipping options and charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
United States Shipping
Eligible U.S. orders may be fulfilled through our U.S. fulfillment partner when inventory is available. Orders that are not available at the U.S. fulfillment location may be shipped from another fulfillment location.
Standard shipping may be offered free of charge for eligible U.S. orders where indicated at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates vary by destination, product type, and shipping method. Available shipping options and the applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Certain products containing batteries may be subject to additional carrier restrictions or shipping charges depending on the destination. Any applicable shipping charge will be disclosed at checkout before payment.
Processing & Delivery Estimates
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
U.S. Fulfillment
Eligible U.S. orders may be fulfilled through our U.S. fulfillment partner when local inventory is available. Estimated delivery is generally 3–5 business days, including processing, depending on the destination and shipping service.
International Fulfillment
If an item is not available at our U.S. fulfillment location, the order may be shipped from an international fulfillment location. U.S. orders fulfilled internationally may generally require 7–15 business days for delivery.
For international orders outside the United States, estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs processing, and other carrier-related factors.
Express Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days.
Standard Shipping: approximately 10–20 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Store prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their destination country or region.
